On 14 September, three incredible Cancervive women from the North West Province—Charmaine Rider, Wilma Maritz, and Carla Oliver—hosted the highly anticipated Ladies Mud Adventure Challenge in Klerksdorp. The event drew 230 women, all of whom completed the demanding course, pushing themselves to new limits while celebrating strength, friendship, and the spirit of adventure.
The event was not only a physical challenge but also an inspiring testament to resilience. Women from all walks of life conquered the 2024 Mud Adventure, sharing stories of bravery, perseverance, and the hurdles they’ve overcome. These were stories of inspirational women who refused to shy away from life’s challenges, showing that determination and solidarity can move mountains.
Filled with camaraderie and a touch of wild fun, the event was a resounding success, leaving participants excited for what’s to come. And the best part? Yes, we’ll be back next year!
