In the spirit of Easter, Cancervive’s Sheldene Masondo and her family brought hope and kindness to young warriors in need.
Over the Easter weekend, they visited the children’s oncology ward at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, where 36 young patients currently undergoing chemotherapy were gifted special Easter care packs.
Each pack was a small gesture of love — a reminder that they are seen, supported, and surrounded by a community that cares. A heartfelt thank you to Yvonne and her sister for generously donating some of the items included in the care packs.
What a privilege to spend time with these young warriors.
